After over 25 years in the business Eva has been joined, by her two daughters Ann and Laura. Together, The Haase Team, demonstrates the highest quality of customer service, market knowledge and continued excellence. From first time buyers to those downsizing to condos, Eva and The Haase Team are able to help all their clients find the perfect home.
After living abroad and in British Columbia for a number of years Eva returned to the Don Mills area where she had been raised. Here, Eva and her husband Jim, raised their three children who have all married and settled nearby. She has enjoyed watching Toronto and the neighbourhood grow and loves helping families discover the many beautiful pockets of this great city. Eva is involved in a number of community activities including local school fundraisers and supports local charities.
After a 10 year career working in Washington, DC for a Former Secretary of State doing work that included Holocaust Restitution, Press Liaison and Conference Planning for high level politicians, dignitaries and various European and American top CEO’s. Ann brought her talents back to Toronto to join her mother in business and together they established The Haase Team.
Ann has had the Real Estate bug since she was 16 when one of her first jobs was working weekends at the front desk of her mother’s Real Estate office downtown. Since 2012 Ann has been helping clients directly across the GTA understand the changing Toronto Real Estate Market, prepare their homes for sale and find their dream home. Ann loves working with clients at all stages of their real estate journey. From finding their first rental to selling luxury homes Ann is well known for treating all of her clients just like a CEO, “Each of our clients received the best concierge service. We will do everything to ensure they get the best offer on their own properties and find the best price when shopping for their next home.”
Ann has continued her real estate education by becoming certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Learning how to help those preparing to downsize their treasures and property to begin active lifestyles in Condos, Smaller Homes or even Active Retirement Communities.
